TATTOOS
You must be at least 18 years of age with photo id to receive a tattoo at this establishment.
PIERCINGS
If at least 18 years of age you will need to bring a photo id.
Ages 14-17 will need to bring minor's birth certificate, photo id, and parent with photo id. Under 14 are limited to lobe and upper helix piercings.
Guardians will need to bring photo id as well as court documented guardianship papers.
